The Northwestern Connecticut Sportsmen’s Association is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions of state and federal law. Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access, personally-identifiable information is not actively shared. In particular, we do not re-distribute or sell personal information collected from our website.

EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS
We use Constant Contact for Email and SMS/Text messages. Constant Contact privacy policy strictly forbids the buying, selling, and/or renting our contacts’ information. Learn how your information is collected and used in Constant Contact data notice (external link).
In addition, we only use the contact information provided by our members and from specific ‘opt-in’ forms, in our Constant Contact account. Constant Contact does not use this information other than to provide service on our account.
Emails sent through Constant Contact include a link in the footer to unsubscribe from our email campaigns. If you opt out of our email marketing, we may still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.
