We recommend that all hunters complete a third-party hunter safety course.

We stock birds for a limited time. Members are allowed to stock and hunt their own birds between September 15, 2025 and March 31, 2026 after scheduling with the committee chair.

Important

    • Members are required to attend NWCSA Hunter Orientation before hunting our property
    • Respect NWCSA boundaries – clearly posted
    • Released birds may only be shot in areas 500 feet or more from neighboring homes and structures
    • Hunters are not required to follow season or daily bag limits when hunting released birds, however, all birds harvested must be labeled
    • Records are required for the birds released and harvested on the property by date and by hunter/member
    • Members hunting the Preserve are not required to purchase a Gamebird Stamp or to count birds harvested at the preserve as part of their regulated gamebird bag limit (if they hunt gamebirds on state lands)
