A great opportunity to get your Garand and Military Bolt-Action Service Rifles out for some exercise!
Test your skills and reveal how your prized Garand, Krag, Lee-Enfield, Springfield, Mauser, Mosin-Nagant, Steyr, or… won the hearts of service men and women.
Equipment*
Safe/reliable as issued Garand and Military Bolt-Action Service Rifles (preferred). Other rifles/carbines (reloaded with detachable mag/stripper will be allowed.
– Magazines or stripper clips (min 2 recommended)
– Ammunition (min 40 rounds recommended)
– Sling
– Shooting mat or 2’x6′ carpet, moving blanket, etc.
– Eye and Ear protection (mandatory)
– Empty Chamber Indicator (ECI)
*ALL FIREARMS/EQUIPMENT MUST REMAIN IN YOUR VEHICLE PRIOR TO THE SAFETY BRIEFING
Course of Fire
200 Yards
30-rounds + 5 sighting rounds (5 minutes)
1st Stage: Prone – 10 rounds, slow fire
2nd Stage: Prone – 10 rounds, rapid fire
3rd Stage: Standing – 10 rounds, slow fire
Targets will be repaired after each stage
Practice Sight-In Session
Date: May 18 Only!
Sign-In: 12:30pm sharp
Notes: 25-yards, bring additional ammunition as needed
