How to Order

1. Order Forms: blank forms are located on the left side of the merchandise display case in the NWCSA Clubhouse
2. Submissions: follow instructions on the form and leave in the marked folder attached to the display case

Fulfillment

1. Orders are fulfilled from current inventory as available
2. Styles, sizes or colors not available, will be submitted to the manufacturer (4-6 weeks)
3. Members will be notified when their order is ready for pick-up

Payment

1. Cash or check at time of pick-up
