NWCSA would like to express its sincere gratitude to Members who donated to Operation TOYS FOR TOTS 2024. Special thanks to Senior Master Sergeant David Miller USAF/CTANG (Ret), who collected donations for distribution.

Good morning, Toys for Tots and the Northwestern Sportsmen’s Association had an amazing effect in a good way for our local community.

Myself and Laura Jensen (gf) picked up >10 bags of toys (0830) today for the club’s sponsored event.

I proceeded to drive to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and gave a healthy bag to the Emergency Room intake.
Those toys will be given to any children prior to being admitted for surgery etc.

Next stop was the local NWCt homeless shelter called FISH. https://www.fishnwct.org/

They had nine children in the three Northwestern Connecticut shelters, those children will be also given the gifts collected, on their Christmas morning.

My final stop was the Marine Reserve in Plainville CT warehouse and they received > 6 healthy bags for state wide distribution for the needy children in the state of Connecticut.

God bless and great job folks.

Merry Christmas
