NWCSA is funded by Membership and powered by Member volunteers.
Daily operations require hands-on support and Members can satisfy their work/service obligation by joining a Committee and/or recording volunteer hours towards Membership Renewal.
Date: 1st Saturday, each month**
Time: 8:30AM to 12:PM
Location: main Clubhouse, unless noted otherwise.
Duties: various property, facility/range maintenance.
Preparation: appropriate dress, hydration/snacks and seasonal items (sunblock, bug spray, hat, sunglasses, etc.).
Equipment: personal tools and other equipment is appreciated (trimmers, hammers, drills, brushes, etc.).
**Check the Calendar for last minute updates/changes. Important/urgent club notifications are also distributed via our RainedOut™ service. Members can opt-in using the secure sign-up link, posted on Member Hub > Communications.
TIME RECORDS
Member work/service hours accumulate during the fiscal year – September 1st to August 31st. The total time recorded determines Membership Renewal eligibility.
- Members must record authorized hours by August 31st, each year.
- 1st year Members must record a total of ten (10) work/service hours, in order to qualify for Membership Renewal.
- 2nd year+ Members must record a total of five (5) work/service hours, or pay the incomplete work/service fee upon renewal.
