DESCRIPTION:This is a 4-stage PCSL style match. Stages may include some non-paper targets such as steel plates/silhouettes\, bowling pins\, etc.\n\nClosed front concealment will be required\, so come prepared. The shooting will be more freestyle\, you decide how you’re shooting the stage. Most engagement will be in the open with no priority on targets.\n\nWe will use common service pistols or revolvers (no raceguns.)\n\nYou will be limited to 10 round magazines\, but you will not be limited to the number of them you carry. The round count might be as high as 25 on these stages. You will be allowed to drop ammo and reload in the open unless otherwise specified in the written stage briefing.\n\nWalk-Through: 5:15PM\nStart: 5:30PM\n\nRegistration: Pre-registration and payment through Practiscore.\n\nIf you have never shot an action pistol type competition and would like to learn more we offer a no cost 2-3 hour workshop that will cover everything you need to know to be ready for your first match. SUMMARY:PCSL EDC Pistol Match
DESCRIPTION:This is a 6-stage Everyday carry (EDC) match. Our custom rule book draws heavily from the PCSL rulebook with modifications made to encourage the use of common concealed carry equipment. Rulebook can be found here. The divisions are designed around common concealed carry pistols.  Please read and familiarize yourself with our divisions and concealment requirements for this match. Competitors are expected to come with EDC appropriate gear and concealment.  Leave your competition rigs at home\, gear up like you are going to Wally-mart\, there will be NO FULL sized firearms allowed at this match. \nClosed front concealment will be required\, so come prepared. The shooting will be more freestyle\, you decide how you’re shooting the stage. Most engagement will be in the open with no priority on targets. You will be limited to 10 round magazines\, but you will not be limited to the number of them you carry. The round count might be as high as 25 on these stages. You will be allowed to drop ammo and reload in the open unless otherwise specified in the written stage briefing. \nSafety brief\, pledge\, and walk through of first stages begins 8:45AM. SUMMARY:Metallic Silhouette Match | Any .22LR
DESCRIPTION:‘Siluetas Metalicas’ is a shooting sport in which steel silhouettes in the shape of game animals are used as targets. It was introduced in the 1960’s from from Mexico and has evolved from high power rifle to include the pistol. The metal targets are shaped in the forms of chicken (gallina)\, wild boar (javelina)\, turkey (guajalote)\, and desert ram (borrego). \nThis is a small-bore match\, restricted to .22 LR (Rifle or Pistol – revolver\, single-shot\, or semi-automatic). The use of scopes and red dot sights is allowed. \nOverview \nThe objective is to hit and knock down a string of five animal silhouette targets (one shot per silhouette) before the timer (2 min 30 sec) runs out. \nCourse of Fire \n\nAll shooting is done off-hand\, standing\nA string of targets include five (5) silhouettes\nEngage each string from left to right\nOnly fire one (1) round at each silhouette\nString Distances; chicken (15 yrds)\, boar (25 yds)\, turkey (35 yds)\, ram (45 yds)\n\nEach shooter; engages their first string\, a cease-fire is called\, targets are reset\, engages their second string. \nScoring \nEach silhouette\, completely knocked down is worth one (1) point. A hit without a complete knock down\, is a counted as a miss! \nThe maximum score for a match = 40 points (5 targets\, 2 strings\, 4 animal silhouettes).
