DESCRIPTION:HELP NWCSA FILL SANTA’S SLEIGH \nThe Marine Toys For Tots Program is America’s flagship children’s Christmastime charity and NWCSA is proud to serve as a quick and easy drop-off location for New\, Unwrapped toy donations. \nMake this Holiday Merry & Bright for Young Girls and Boys in our community! \nDonations \nMembers: please leave toys in the Main Clubhouse \nNon-Members: our gate is locked except for special events. To ensure your donations are received\, please coordinate with a Member\, or stop in Saturday December 7th (last day) between 8:00AM and 9:30AM. \n**Please\, Do Not leave toys by the front gate** \nDistribution \nNWCSA Member\, Senior Master Sergeant David Miller USAF/CTANG (Ret)\, will collect donations December 7th at 9:30AM and deliver them to the Marine Forces Reserve warehouse in Plainville CT.

DESCRIPTION:// ADVISORY // \nALL Ranges Closed until 1:pm. \n\nDETAILS \nNWCSA is funded by Membership and powered by Member volunteers. \nDaily operations require hands-on support and Members can satisfy their work/service obligation by joining a Committee and/or recording volunteer hours towards Membership Renewal. \nDate: 1st Saturday\, each month**\nTime: 8:30AM to 12:PM \nLocation: main Clubhouse\, unless noted otherwise.\nDuties: various property\, facility/range maintenance.\nPreparation: appropriate dress\, hydration/snacks and seasonal items (sunblock\, bug spray\, hat\, sunglasses\, etc.).\nEquipment: personal tools and other equipment is appreciated (trimmers\, hammers\, drills\, brushes\, etc.). \n**Check the Calendar for last minute updates/changes. Important/urgent club notifications are also distributed via our RainedOut™ service. Members can opt-in using the secure sign-up link\, posted on Member Hub > Communications. \nTIME RECORDS \nMember work/service hours accumulate during the fiscal year – September 1st to August 31st. The total time recorded determines Membership Renewal eligibility. \n\nMembers must record authorized hours by August 31st\, each year.\n1st year Members must record a total of ten (10) work/service hours\, in order to qualify for Membership Renewal.\n2nd year+ Members must record a total of five (5) work/service hours\, or pay the incomplete work/service fee upon renewal.
