DESCRIPTION:// Advisory // \nRifle Range Closed 8:30am-12:30pm \n\nThe annual NWCSA Club Championship is a friendly\, Members-Only competition that tests your shooting skills in four disciplines and a chance to earn a Club Championship Title:   \nNWCSA Grand Champion\nNWCSA Champion\nNWCSA Women’s Champion – New! \nClassification \nOpen\nWomen’s (Women can register for Open class if preferred) \nMatches \nParticipants will shoot 4 disciplines; Archery\, Pistol\, Rifle\, and Trap\, each earning a maximum of 100 points (see Course of Fire).  \nGrand Champion (Open Class): best combined score for all 4 events\nChampion (Open Class): best combined score for 3 events (drop your weakest discipline)\nWomen’s Champion (Women’s Class): best combined score \n**All ties will be resolved by X-Ring count\, then if necessary\, a Shoot-Off (Participants should be prepared with additional ammunition). \nRegistration \nOpen to current NWCSA Members \nParticipant Limit: 25\nPre-registration: Required  \n**Sign-up sheet in Main Clubhouse\, or contact Gary (text preferred) with your Full Name and Class choice. \nEvent Times \nSign-in: 8:00am (Clubhouse)\nStart: 8:30am Sharp (first event is Archery)\nAwards: Main Clubhouse – pizza and drinks will be served \nCourse of Fire  \n**No sighters provided** \nArchery (10 points/shot – 100 maximum)\nEquipment: Long\, Compound\, or ReCurve Bow\, 10 arrows\nPositions: standing\nTargets: paper and 3D\, 20 to 40 yard placement\nExclusions: No crossbows \nPistol (10 points/shot – 100 maximum)\nEquipment: any caliber\, sights (dots\, scopes allowed)\nPositions: Off-hand (standing)\nTarget: Slow-fire\, Paper (NRA B-16)\, 10 shots at 25 yards \nRifle (10 points/shot – 100 maximum)\nEquipment: any caliber\, sights\, or action (slings\, shooting jacket allowed)\nPositions: off-hand (standing)\nTarget: Slow-fire\, Paper (NRA SR-1)\, 10 shots at 75 yards\nExclusions: bench\, kneeling or prone positions \nTrap (4 points/clay – 100 maximum)\nEquipment: 12 or 20 Gauge (recommended)\, #7 1/2 or #8 lead shot\nPositions: standing\, 1 round (5-stations)\nTarget: Clays\, 25 shells\, shot from 16 yard line\nExclusions: 12 Gauge maximum\, no steel shot\, barrel length cannot exceed 30″ \nOther \nNWCSA Safety Rules Apply – eyes\, ears\, etc.\nPlease ask any questions in advance; equipment\, course of fire\, family spectator attendance\, etc.
