SECTION 1. FISH COMMITTEE
The duties of the Fish Committee shall be to attend to matters pertaining to: distribution, propagation, and protection; the protection of water quality and aquatic life; and improving access to lakes and streams. The Committee shall render reports on these matters and on fishing conditions in general.
SECTION 2. GAME COMMITTEE
The duties of the Game Committee shall be to attend to matters pertaining to providing, distribution, propagation, and protection of all game. In distributing game, the Committee shall follow as closely as possible to recommendations passed by the Association. The Committee shall render reports of such distributions.
SECTION 3. LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE
The duties of the Legislative Committee shall be to investigate and report to the Association on any proposed or final State of Federal legislation or regulations beneficial or non-beneficial to the Association or sportsmen in general. Committee members shall appear on behalf of the Association at legislative and regular hearings, meetings, and before elected officials.
SECTION 4. MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
The Membership Committee shall consist of the Chairman and two (2) appointed regular members. The duties shall consist of devising the ways and means of increasing members of the Association, the investigation of membership applicants, and to keep a record of the names and addresses of all Association members. The Committee Chairman shall attend all regular Board of Director meetings.
SECTION 5. PUBLICITY COMMITTEE
The duties of the Publicity Committee shall be to arouse the public interest in matters as the Association may approve through the press or other media. The Publicity Committee shall also publish and distribute the Association Newsletter.
SECTION 6. ENTERTAINMENT COMMITTEE
The Entertainment Committee shall consist of the Chairman and two (2) appointed members. Duties will be to arrange for appropriate social activities for the Association.
SECTION 7. HOUSE COMMITTEE
The House Committee shall consist of the Chairman and two (2) appointed members. Their duties will consist of the maintenance of the clubhouse and immediate grounds and the stocking and maintenance of vending machines and other appliances.
SECTION 8. LAND COMMITTEE
The Land Committee shall consist of the Chairman of the Conservation Committee, the Trap Committee, the Archery Committee, the Range Committee, and the Executive Officer will serve as Chairman. The duties of the Committee shall be to coordinate the operation of the Club facilities and to recommend the scheduling of functions and operations and to oversee the maintenance of the Association property.
SECTION 9. ARCHERY COMMITTEE
The Archery Committee shall consist of a Chairman and at least two (2) other members. The duties of the Committee shall be to develop an Archery Range and to oversee its use and safe operation.
SECTION 10. TRAP COMMITTEE
The Trap Committee shall consist of a Chairman and at least two (2) other members. The duties of the Committee shall be to oversee all activities relating to safe operation of the Trap Range.
SECTION 11. CONSERVATION COMMITTEE
The duties of the Conservation Committee shall be to manage Association lands and leases with the goal of improving the habitat for game species.
SECTION 12. RANGE COMMITTEE
The Range Committee shall consist of a Chairman and a minimum of two (2) other members. The duties of the Committee shall be to develop, regulate, and oversee all activities pertaining to the rifle range. Particular stress shall be placed upon safe operation of the range. The Range Committee shall have the authority to appoint subcommittees for particular purposes.
SECTION 13. OTHER COMMITTEES
The President shall appoint other Committees from time to time as necessary. These Committees will report to either the President or the membership. These Committees will automatically terminate at the end of year unless otherwise specifically extended or terminated.
SECTION 14. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
- The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Officer.
- Four (4) members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum.
- Resignation of any officer may be accepted by a majority vote of the remaining members of the Executive Committee.
